At CoolArrows, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify, we only offer refunds or replacements for orders that meet specific conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We can provide a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item, color, or size).
- The product was lost in transit and never delivered.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for missing items).
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (and packaging if damaged).
- We’ll review your case and coordinate with Printify to process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Customer error (wrong size, color, or design selected).
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase.
- Minor color differences due to screen or printer variation

Because all CoolArrows products are printed on demand through Printify, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
When Returns Are Accepted
We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item, size, or color was sent.
- The package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered.
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
- Our support team will review your claim and coordinate with Printify for a replacement or refund if eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not defective or damaged (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered).
- Custom or personalized products created specifically for your order.
- Gift cards or digital downloads.
We encourage you to double-check sizing charts and product details before placing an order.
Return Shipping Instructions
If your return is approved, our team will provide the proper return address and instructions. Do not send items back to the sender’s address on the package — this is the print provider’s facility and cannot accept returns directly.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Replacements are processed and shipped within the standard production time (1–3 business days + shipping).
