Thank you for visiting and shopping with CoolArrows!
All orders are fulfilled through Printify, our print-on-demand production partner. Please read below for details about our shipping process.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods (e.g. holidays), fulfillment may take slightly longer.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and depend on product type, destination, and print provider location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, or local holidays.
Shipping Locations
- We ship worldwide, except to regions restricted by Printify or its carriers.
- Orders may ship from multiple print providers depending on the product and your location.
- Some items may arrive separately if fulfilled by different facilities.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are determined by Printify based on item size, weight, and destination.
- The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout.
- CoolArrows may offer free shipping promotions or include shipping in product prices when specified on the product page.
International Shipping & Customs
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their local authorities.
- Customs processing may extend delivery times.
- Some countries require additional information (such as a national ID number like CPF or RUT).
Address Requirements
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Printify requires Latin characters only and limits:
- Address Line 1: 35 characters
- Address Line 2: 30 characters
- PO Boxes may not be supported for Express or international deliveries.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, a tracking link (when available) will be emailed to you.
- Tracking may not be available for all countries or shipping methods.
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, if applicable.
- We’ll work with Printify to issue a replacement or refund according to their policy.
Printify does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or color). However, CoolArrows may choose to accommodate these requests at our discretion.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be modified or canceled before fulfillment begins.
- Once production starts, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your order or shipping address.
Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Customs processing
- Natural disasters or carrier disruptions
- Peak seasonal demand
We’ll always do our best to assist in resolving shipping issues quickly.
